Become a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP) through ANFP-approved online or correspondence study training programs.   • Complete in 1 month
  • 30-35 hours of classroom work per week

Pathway V

  • Have a college degree
  • Have 5 or more years of noncommercial foodservice management experience
  • Do not have the 3 required courses on my transcript
UND Pathway 5

Dietary Manager Exam Review Course

  • Review course available to those who have met the CBDM exam eligibility requirements. 
  • This independent study course can be completed in as little as two weeks, or take up to six months.

Continuing Education Courses

  • Keep your competitive edge by exploring the CE (continuing education) courses available. All CE courses are pre-approved by CBDM and will help you maintain your CDM, CFPP Credential for general, ethics and sanitation & safety training. Each course is offered online, and available to everyone at a very competitive rate.
