Product Update – Simpler, Secure Access with Magic Links!
We are excited to announce a major upgrade to how you log in to Pineapple Academy! Starting December 2, 2025, we are transitioning to a password-less authentication system using Magic Links.
This change is designed to make your daily access faster, more secure, and easier than ever before.
What are Magic Links?
Instead of typing in a password, you will now receive a unique, single-use link in your email when you attempt to log in. Clicking this “Magic Link” instantly and securely authenticates you and grants you access to your admin dashboard.
What Does This Mean for You?

How to Log In Using a Magic Link
- Navigate to the Pineapple Academy Login page.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Check your inbox for an email from Pineapple Academy with the subject: “Your Magic Login Link”.
- Click the link in the email.
- You will be instantly logged in to your admin dashboard!
Note: For security, each Magic Link is only valid for a short time (10 minutes) and can only be used once. If your link expires, simply request a new one on the login page.
If you still can’t login for some reason, you can always select the option at the bottom of the page to use your password or use a different email address.
