Pineapple Summit is an annual event that brings together a community of those passionate about improving the frontline staff experience. From supervisors to VPs to subject-matter-experts, we're sharing the latest tactics to make training better.

Pineapple Summit is free for new & existing customers, creators, and partners.

On day 1, expect an evening to unwind and get to know everyone. We host live music and a cocktail hours with light appetizers. On day 2, expect a morning full of sessions, including presentations on learning, panels, and updates on the latest in the training landscape - all wrapping up with a community lunch. 

Yes, please bring as many guests as you'd like - just let us know using the registration form who is joining so we can have an accurate headcount.

No - though the ticket for the event is free, we ask that you coordinate and pay for your own travel and accommodations. If you are joining as a speaker, please contact [email protected] to organize your itinerary.

On day 1 during the networking hour, please dress in your tropical best! The theme is Caribbean tropical, so you'll see flower leis, floral shirts, shorts, and sunglasses. We just ask that you use your better judgement on appropriate attire!

On day 2, the attire is business casual - some will be in suits, others in nice jeans. Your choice - we're just excited to see you there!

Parking near the Bardot can be limited, depending on the day. There is some limited parking on the North side of the building, and a pay-to-park lot across the street from the front door. You will likely find free street-parking within a block or two of the venue, but please pay attention to the nearby signs as it varies greatly.
